I loved the way he told Taylor Kenny and Katie like it is today. He said something to the effect of 'oh I see no one on this show wants to go any further than here' when they were all complaining about sleep. His insight is exactly what they needed to hear but sadly I highly doubt they will listen. Taylor especially. She wants to be famous without putting in the time. At least Kenny hustles.

In one ear and out the other. He's right about the podcasting. I live on them. They used to put podcasts down on the show but that's the new direction. FREE content that is good.
Notice how stassi is doing 2 podcasts a week now? I don't listen to her because her show is grating but stassi gets it. Anyone can provide GOOD quality content for free and if it's good then people will subscribe.
The will never go to la to do Kevin's show and never take his advice. They can't even do social media!!!!!! That really irks me. She can't even instagram or blog regularly or keep up with her pet projects like dui.
Sigh it's the definition of insanity. It really spoke to me hearing Kevin say he was on the up and up and lost it and he would never do that again. Taylor is throwing her chances away. She's not hustling and she's not going above and beyond to get out there and get noticed. Good or bad she doesn't welcome it. She wait for things to fall into her lap. It's really upsetting. Kevin was the voice of reason today but she will squander this career she has and his advice.

I loved Kevin! I was sitting there like "omg yes! Someone is telling them what they need to do" you want more fame? Expand your fanbase with podcasts. Get on social media and work to get yourself out there!!! This forum has been saying that all along and Kevin seems to really care and want them to succeed. Unfortunately, I heard Taylor going mhmm very uninterested. It's a shame. I agree that Kenny hustles he's always working. Taylor starts all these different things but doesn't follow through, even the other forum...they aren't engaged. Not everyone can listen live so they should be engaging the on demand listeners too. Maybe Kevin can get through to her.

I'm a bit puzzled by Kevin's obsession with Taylor. Is it just the Boston thing or something else? Do you think they are already working on something? I felt a little bad for Kenny today, because he was going on and on about Taylor being the best female host at Sirius, blah, blah, blah. When is Tay going to figure it out? She is so manic I can't take it. She can't commit to anything, i.e., social media, her website, Dining Under. Pick something and follow through. Just something, anything! Please!!!

I do feel like Kevin was right about how she made it to young, though. It seems like the fact that she was just handed a show as opposed to having to work her way up like Nicole, Sam, etc. has led to her complacency. It feels like she takes her audience and her platform for granted rather than working to get it, keep it, and expand it.

Yes true. I agree with him. She didn't work for anything and continues to do "nothing" and she thinks she's a power player. And she's not a great interviewer. To hear Kevin say oh we want u on the red carpet to talk to people....what???? I think Taylor
Could be good if she actually researched the person and made it about them and not her. An anecdote is nice once in a while but it's clear when she does not do her homework and says inappropriate things. Celebs would avoid her. All of her interviews are spastic and she brings up weird things like pedophiles to Jake Johnson? Or masterbation to anyone? It's like she's trying to be shock jocky but it's off putting.

So on point! I'm 100% positive she didn't realize Cheryl Teigs is like in her 60s and not currently losing jobs to plus size models. Not to mention she kept trying to call her Chrissy Teigan lmfao. I don't think T is stupid by any means, but she sounds dumb when she can't intelligently discuss topics SHE brings up... Just a teeny tiny bit of effort on her part would do wonders for her IMO.

Regarding Kevin's obsession with Taylor, he's been helping Covino and Rich with their transition to LA and I think he sees something similar with Taylor. C&R also started radio in their early 20s, just moved from NY to LA last year, gave up a tv show, and Rich gave up the Morning Mashup just for this move. Now they have a Thursday night show on Afterbuzz that they film at Kevin and Maria's studio. They've been doing voiceover and commercial work on the side too. I don't really know if Taylor should actually move to LA because she may have a mental breakdown, but THANK YOU Kevin - glad someone could bust their balls.
