Just listening to the start of the show. I wonder what's up with Tay-she's having trouble talking because she's crying. And Kenny can't even fill a couple minutes of air time-they had to go to break.

I think it has to do with Nicole. I don't know why. Totally speculating but I feel like Taylor has been talking a lot of shit on air about Nicole lately and maybe they had a confrontation in the hallway before the show started? Totally speculating here!

I don't think so, only because yesterday she spoke about the 2nd birthday party and i didn't find it negative?

Right after the 7 Things, Kenny asks how her day is going and she says something about him already knowing and shes not discussing it. She sounds the way I do when someone brings something up I don't want to talk about (usually a death) and I'm trying to keep my voice steady and not break down. At least that's how it came across to me.

Yeah, she was definitely crying, and she stopped talking, and kenny tried unsuccessfully to fill the air time, and then she said let's take a break.
Why would he even ask her how she was doing on air when he obviously knew that she was upset.

I don't think Kenny knew Taylor was upset, I don't think he's the type to prod when someone acknowledges they don't want to talk about anything. I think Taylor is having a bad day and didn't tell anyone and tried to play it off. Not the smartest move when your job involves talking to people on air. A simple text to Katie and Kenny on the way to work saying "hey, I'm sensitive today abou xxxx, please let's not talk about anything personal" would have avoided all that awkwardness.

She said outright to Kenny, "you know how I am". Tay talks to Kenny about everything going on in her life.

Yesterday she mentioned she is currently in a financial situation with someone and it has something to do with "fine print". My guess is that it has something to do with B. Soho house membership? Something like that. Maybe she had to renew lease on her apartment and she is having problems.

Just the way she described the scenario to Robert yesterday. She said that she was footing the bill for something that someone was using until a specified date, and then that person was responsible for the cost, but was refusing to pay. She said she told the person she's talking to, "you're a good negotiator, so I'm sure you can work it out". I'm assuming this person is Brett(she's always talked about his negotiation skills).
This is pure speculation on my part. I'm just reading between the lines, but I could be way off base.

i'm also a day behind...just listening to hour 3 of yesterday....anyways...I think the SOHO house theory is a good one! i believe Stassi snapped from the soho house last time she was in NYC because she was like not sure if i can take photos here. It for sure involves Brett though!
I liked Roberts segment, it wasn't so screamy. he made a really valid point about loaning money to a friend is giving money to a friend.
PS - not all lawsuits are a waist and someone trying to get something for nothing. #KTHXBIA. Everyone should watch the documentary of the McDonalds hot coffee lawsuit before you just trash the lady. McDonalds had been warned that their coffee was far to hot for a very long time and never made the necessary changes, then someone got 3rd degree burns and they were slapped with a punitive damage fine to punish them and get the change that had been requested all along.

As soon as I heard her talking about that lawsuit yesterday I immediately thought soho house too! Maybe it was Stassi who got Taylor's membership. Or someone is B's family but I'm thinking it's more of a friend on her side. I couldn't picture Stassi blowing her off on paying money but you never know

If you found out you had to pay over $1000 for something you weren't expecting to, would you cry...I would. but again we don't know that is why she was crying. But i think it is a solid theory about the possibly lawsuit.
