Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

Paraphrasing here, but when T says, "I know we all associate money/success with intelligence, but that is not always the case!" No, girl. YOU. You did that. The rest of us that have always lived in reality, have always known better.

Please stop including the rest of us in your ridiculous theories on life and asinine generalizations of women. Please and thanks.

That is the way people talk who grew up sheltered, spoiled, enabled, entitled. or whatever else you want to call it.

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

I am so sick of the Blake Lively size 8 story, and I'm equally as sick of her not mentioning the celeb like its some mysterious story.

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

That was laughable. So you're going to protect her identity in this retelling even though you've told this story a million times and identified the celeb as BL.

I came on the board with the intention of writing this exact thing! You've told the damn story a million times-we all know it's Blake. And it's probably not even true.

It's so repetitive at this point. Tell a new damn tidbit.

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

I kind of wish she would stop bashing her ex in-laws all the time. I totally understand they were terrible to her which sucks but she still gets so worked up when talking about them.. Bringing them up every single show just shows them they still control you.. Move on girl! You're so much better than that. All the negativity/ people bashing has been such a buzzkill

I don't know how Kenny listens to the same stories about the inlaws over and over every day. She still has the same passion and anger as she always has. Get some therapy and get over it. We are so done with it.

Yass!! She does this all the time. I just don't get it she's already told the whole story. The Blake Lively story has been told so many times in the last month or so.

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

1. All things Epstein, former life, "you know who I'm talking about", etc.
2. Kenny being the Yup Yup Man to everything- agreeing no matter what
3. The Seven Things- if they don't care about them, why should we?
4.  Bring back the gift-giving guides! Loved those!  Holidays and occasions happen all of the time... Tay Finds are awesome!

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

Unnecessary vagueness.  Stop telling stories where you announce you want to hold back details to yourself!  I get if you don't want to tell everything, but then just leave out the story (and prep something else).  For example, it's not like you know Blake Lively, why not share that?

Yes!  Taylor and Kenny used to say "I'll tell you during the commercial break" all the time!  So rude.

Omg, that used to irritate the crap out of me. They did that a lot in the Victoria shows. They would say, ypu should hear what we talk about during commercial. Wtf? That is horrible radio.

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

Did they spend the entire second hour talking about open marriage...again?!? I tuned in after the 7 things and thought it was a replay. I wasn't interested so I listened to music instead. I kept flipping back and they were still talking about it throughout most of the hour.

Ding da ding ding ding da ding da ding.

Y'alllll. Can we talk about the lady who called in and said she had an open marriage. And she knows her husband won't leave her.  Well no shit he won't leave her, he is getting his cake and eating it too. He won't leave you because he's getting it outside the marriage and doesn't have to do all the paper to get a divorce.  Also, if my husband was running around while I was recovering from major surgery I would cut a bitch.

I agree 1000% those callers and the people responding to their calls made it much more entertaining than previous open marriage convos! I was dyyinggg after Glen's call lmao!

Ugh!! "If you don't like gay marriage then don't YOU get gay married!" Seriously? I think she must have a quota for how many times a week she says that.

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

Taylor insisting every time she gets a stomach "bug" it's because she didn't get her flu shot. Drives me crazy! It has been explained to her so many times that one has nothing to do with the other but she does not get it. A caller explained it to her Wednesday very well she seemed blown away.

And her dad is a doctor...  You'd think she'd understand the difference.

It's contentious, not contentuous. She pronounces it like presumptuous. Drives me nuts.

I could do without ever hearing her say such and such is "dope". I don't know why but it just grates on me.

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

I'm ready for Taylor to stop talking about how her mom's job is to "pay the bills." Sorry but paying bills is called being an adult.

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

"My father is a doctor. He went to Harvard."
Seriously, she mentions this every single show!

Omg I can't stand when she says this! It's as if she is embarrassed to say her mom was a stay at home mom. With technology today, you barely need to do any work to pay a bill. Other than our mortgage and credit card, our bills are on automatic payment each month.

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

This totally bugs me too!  Why can't she just say, my parents have built a business together and work together as a team to make it successful?  Or my mom was a stay-at-home mom and helped out at my dad's office when she could?  Stop trying to sugar coat the truth - raising children is not something you need to explain or justify.

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

Totally.  When she says "managing the finances" she acts like her parents are Beyonce and Jay-Z and they are running a million different companies and have houses all over the world.  It's not like her mom was negotiating the price of jet fuel for their fleet of private gets and day trading on their investment accounts.  It's nice to divide up the duties, but let's get real, it's called basically acting like an adult.  The way her parents divided and conquered is nothing to be ashamed of.  I don't know why she does that.
