Taylor do not do cool sculpting. That is for women like the first girl who called in, that work out, and eat for the bodies they want, who have stubborn pockets of fat they can't get rid of. Instead of spending the money, why not try the gym and eating more healthy if you are that unhappy with your body.
I speak from experience and had lipo done on my body at the age of 26. I thought I was fat and I wasn't. I had a warped sense of my body. But I didn't know how to workout or feed my body. Lipo ruined my body I wish I had never done it. It was expensive and I have a scar underneath my abdomen that looks like a divet near my belly button. I wish at the time someone said all you need to do is workout and stop eating 1000 calories a day. Educate yourself and do the work on yourself first. If you are gaining weight now, cool sculpting will not prevent future weight gain.
Take care of your body Taylor and don't do cool sculpting. Take care of the bigger issue first and save your money. This will not be a quick fix.

Ugh, I'm sorry that you had to go through that, Jane Bleeb. Nightmare.
I feel the same about Taylor getting it. She's always all about the quick fixes, just like her career. If she were to eat right and work out, and then still had problem areas then yes, get it. But not right now.
Whoever called in who sounded drunk talking about the 7 types of lipo, lipo doesn't prevent you from gainin weight. I gained 25 lbs over the course of years after that. I am back down to a nice normal weight but guess what? I workout because I love it and I eat a lot of food. I figured out what works For me and I have muscles and I feel better about my body then I ever have before because I worked for it and educated myself. You don't have to starve yourself Taylor for the body you want. And you don't want lipo or cool sculpting.
Because you will continue to never workout and eat better, you might as well throw the money down the drain.

I have a friend like Taylor and she makes me nuts. She tries all these fad diets, she doesn't lose 20lbs in the first week and gives up till she finds another. It took time to put the weight on, its gonna take time to take it off.
You don't need to starve yourself girls!!!! I ate two cupcakes last week and a small bit of ice cream every day and have maintained or lost. The thing is I workout! But I love it! I listen to my body and eat when I am hungry. I also don't work out like today I am sick so I didn't this morning. I listen to my body but I try to fill it with stuff I know it needs like protein and fruits and veggies and well cupcakes!!
Seriously educate yourself Taylor and pick up a weight and or go for a run/walk.

Thank you for posting this, it is so important for people to realize that quick fixes rarely/never work long-term. I have always felt the same way when she talks about this stuff!!
And just imagine if she just cut back on the drinking... even though it seems to be only wine/champagne for her these days, those calories COUNT! Personally, whenever I'm starting to feel myself pack on the lbs the first thing to go from my diet is alcohol, and I swear the first couple pounds practically melt away!

Totally agree!! Gotta cut the alcohol significantly or she'll never lose the lbs that she wants to lose!! I

It's infuriating to listen to the constant complaining when she never does anything about it. Of course she's all about the quick fix-in her words, "at least it's cheaper than a gym membership".

She should just Lena Dunham it and accept her body as is.
That's the thing she has raced about this for 10
Years on the radio and even longer in her life. Besides doing fitness videos with her dad when she was younger, didn't anyone tell her that she can workout and probably eat what she wants?
Ok I know that's a stretch too but not doing any exercise is not good. Especially if you are questioning why I aren't losing weight. It's a combo of diet and exercise but it's clear she's not motivated in any other aspect of her life so she won't incorporate either into her life.
It's not a diet, change your lifestyle. Some days I will have that bday cheese cake but I'll split it with someone and stop when I am full. I don't drink because it makes me feel like crap and it's too many cals but sometimes i will. Sorry I am vocal about this but I also battled an eating disorder too along with body dsmorphia obviously.
Taylor be an advocate for something instead of trying to take an easy way out. It won't be worth it.

I really hope Taylor does follow through with the gym goals. Having people hold me accountable has truly been the ticket for my current progress. A girlfriend of mine had lost a lot of weight and instead of being jealous, I called her for her help. I asked her to hold me accountable, so I send her a picture of the scale every Saturday morning. Saturday was chosen because it's my cheat day. If I'm going to cheat, at least I have an entire week to take care of whatever damage I've done.
I have been doing this since mid February, and have so far lost 16 lbs. it's been a work in progress because I did fall off the wagon once and had a cheat weekend, which included a day of drinking for opening day. But, I got right back to it. I used to chalk up a weight gain as the end all be all and would give up... Now, I just see it as an opportunity to get right back to it. And you know what? Losing the couple lbs I gained during my binge weekend felt better than ever because it showed me I have the tools to maintain, which has always been the hardest part for this yo yo dieter.
Good job, Taylor!

Was I the only one that felt uncomfortable during the Carin Rockind segment? It felt like she was really pushing Taylor hard on working out to get a different body. Taylor didn't even seem that into it, but Carin kept pushing. I will say I didn't join until after they'd already started talking so I might not have gotten a good feel for it. It just felt really pushy in a way that was more "you need to start looking better and you have to go to the gym and we will make sure you do that" rather than "we'll help you do what really matters in life to you." I dunno. I'm probably way off. I just know that it made me feel a little icky.

Amen! Cool sculpting may not have the side effects that lipo does because it basically redirects energy into making heat rather than existing as fat, but it will not be effective if you are still eating too many Calories. It may also help people who have tried really hard to lose weight, because less fat should theoretically decrease hunger and if you have discipline, it may help, but the weight will come back if not, especially if you are already gaining weight, which she has said she is on several occasions.

I feel like a real shithead for believing that Taylor would get her ass to the gym that's IN HER BUILDING. I am kind of dreading the next time that Carin is on the show because she is going to try and hold her accountable. The excuses she's going to use are going to be so annoying.
