But "The Projects"! All "The Projects"! Working on so many "Projects"!
Should have posted that in thing I'm sick of hearing about!

I don't understand why she doesn't introduce the listeners to her team. She keeps referring to "my Matthew" and "Taylor 2.0." We know who Taykor 2.0 is but I want to know more about Matthew. How did he end up with Wake Up? Is she paying this team? Why the hell does she need a manager?

I've been reading this site for a while and finally decided to make an account.
Taylor went on for the last two days about how excited she was about this coworkers space and how her "team" is running out of room to work on things in her apartment, yet she cannot regularly update her blog weekly. I don't understand how you can justify needing space when your not doing anything! I don't think it's going to make her more productive if she can't even do anything now. I would understand if her blog was a daily update, but this is barely weekly. Maybe Matt being her "manager" will help to change things?Sorry not sorry, but Matt cant even figure out that you cant see white text on a white background. And he's a manager..... All this is such BS. It evidently sounds cool to say you have employees. Even if you don't have a business. And selling your old shit online isn't a business. Writing a blog isn't a business.... UNTIL its a business. And if you cant post ONE IG a day for longer than a day, you're already failing.
Sorry, I just cant anymore with this bullshit talk every week about her non-existant hustle.
I agree with both of you! While I do like her enthusiasm for high five your a celebrity, it can't just dissipate like her blog. I also think it's not a business until it is a business! You can't get a cool space n think you'll do more work. It should be that the blog etc are doing so well that you need a formal space and to make business connections. Right now? Eh don't think so. She has the soho house and if she adds this I'm sure we'll hear how she has no money. Coworkers does sound like a cool idea but it's for serious work. She craps on youtubers so much, but some manage to post 3+ days a week and they're not even anywhere near Bethany Mota or other we'll known ones. And like you said, she can't even post on ig once per day.
Also she's not a freelancer. She has a job, she doesn't have to struggle to not get stuck in between jobs.
Ugh. Sorry for the rant. She just frustrates me with how she wants everything but doesn't want to actually put in the time and effort and then wants everyone to feel bad for her when things don't work out her way.

Yep, no grind whatsoever. Just like with the cool sculpting- everyone who's gotten it worked so hard with diet and exercise to lose that last little bit and this girl, who hasn't worked out in over a year, is gonna get some quick fix and I have a feeling the results won't be good enough.

Such a fun show today!! Love Robert so much when he's not screaming like a banshee. I laughed my whole way to work with all the penis talk!
Offline
Yes!! If he can't be a permanent co host, then he needs his own show.

Every called mentioned how they had dieted and worked out. Taylor would say "uh huh" as to agree with them. It would be a waste of her money.

Does anyone feel like it's a little bit much that she has a "team"? Does that blog really warrant a team AND separate work space? It's like she has no confidence in her own brand/etc so she says it's her team that is behind everything. I also get douche chills when she refers to "my Matthew" and "my Taylor" or "2.0". That shared work space is just going to mean that she is going to try making friends with everyone there by telling them they can come into her Sirius radio show and push their products on her audience.

So true! She'll be bringing in her new best friends no matter what their product is.

I would love to know how much the "coworkers" workspace costs and who is footing the bill?

I had a visceral reaction to the nursing home discussion today and had to change the channel which I rarely feel the need to do. I know it was just me overreacting because of my own grandma but they were talking about how expensive nursing homes/assisted living facilities are. And then Taylor said something like, "yeah I know because I have a friend who's family business is this and they are crusshhhing it!!!" It made me furious for some reason. I felt like she was glorifying this family for making so much money off of nursing homes. And Taylor's slang drives me up the wall. And I know this is me nitpicking but I got so mad. I'm sick of her talking about how much money everyone has and how everyone is "killing it!!!"
Offline
Oh I can't stand her slang. Especially on her blog. If I did not know who she was, I would think it was written by a 14 year old. She makes herself look so uneducated with all the slang. Look up any big blogger and you won't see them writing this way.

Absolutely - it would be different if the blog were even good. So many people are doing it really well by themselves, because they have a true desire to express something. There's no real passion behind hers.

I think she said the coworker space is $350 a month
Offline
Listening to yesterday's show. Taylor just said under 75,000 is poverty level?? What? Did I miss something?
Offline
Maybe she was just talking fast and didn't mean that. Or she doesn't really have a concept of money.

Just catching up to all of the 'I can't evens' of the week...
First, the positives...I've heard moments of Taylor attempting to sell her being authentic. I'm trying my best to believe in her. I think she really believes if she says it enough it's going to happen. Kind of like Dorothy clicking her heels and saying, 'There's no place like home' over and over. If you say it enough, it will happen.
For her sake, I hope it does because so far she keeps negating what she says (sort of like one step forward, two or three back...then reverse...two forward, one back). I'm hearing a lot of 'blame game' going on too. OOppsss...that wasn't so positive. OK. The rap was great! And I always LOVE Robert Verdi!! I wish he could be on EVERY DAY!
What is killing me:
1. Taylor's money problems but hearing she now has a maid to clean the 'too small apartment' she had to move into when she got her divorce...the one with the theater, pool, gym, and doorman to take your packages. Yah right, Jackie.
2. She's now super excited to move her 'team' (MY Matthew, My Taylor 2.0 and me) into a workspace and pay $350/month so she can do (what exactly???) and she's super excited because they have food, alcohol and lots of people who can come in for FKFriday there?? Because there is not enough space to do ??? at her apartment?? What EXACTLY is this said 'team' doing that is so awesome-sauce?
3. And I know it's my own issue, but I have a hard time with her selective support of WOMEN when they are doing or not doing things. She will support 'successful' women in business if they are of benefit to her (or she can admire them on air and be their best friends/say she knows them!) but back to Erin Andrews or those she is suspicious of?? Nope.... or look back to her flip flopping of Kim Kardashian. I don't know now if she loves or hates her (I tune that shit out...) I know she wants her/their money because she got it the 'easy' way.
Rant over.... until I listen today. lol Cheers kids!!

Another day, another guest who also was at Andi's wedding. After she burns through the desert crew, I think it would be hilarious if Kenny lined up guests from one of his friends' weddings.
We can probably look forward to a bunch of future guests that she meets at Coworkrs. I really hope Tay is not paying $350/mth for her "team" to use space there.

I think she thinks working there will motivate her. Which I kind of understand because it is isolating and monotonous working from home sometimes. But she's not working alone. She has Matt and Taylor. Plus there's lots of free ways to get motivated and to network. Or maybe not free but less than 350 a month. Eh, it is month to month so maybe it will be useful. But for goodness sake dont subject the listeners to these people and all their random businesses. We only care about listening to entertaining and funny hosts. Not product pitches.

Did anyone hear at the very end of the show when Tay said "I bust..." They were taking about kelly and Michael and how Kelly gets paid so much and probably doesn't have to hustle as much anymore. Anyway I think she was going to say something like "I bust my ass and don't get paid what kelly does"
Not psychic here lol but that seemed to be the direction of the convo then she just interrupted herself and ended the show.
Offline
I think it's funny that Taylor sees herself as a hard worker. Kelly Ripa, who came from very little (her dad was a bus driver and did not attend Harvard) has busted her ass to be where she is today. She deserves whatever millions she is paid. Other than Live, Kelly has a production company, serves as a spokesperson for several brands, supports charities, has a 20 year marriage, and raises 3 kids. Taylor goes home and sleeps and shops all afternoon.

Has anyone noticed that Taylor has been bringing up the name "Jessy" (which also happens to be the SIL's name) lately? Like the other day when they were talking about baby names, taylor just randomly talked about the name Jessy and how boring and common it is. And today she used Jessy as the name of the girl in her prom story.
Offline
I think it was last week when she said she has bad experiences with people named Jessie. She said Jessica or even Jess was fine, it's just Jessie. Yes, that's one of the SILs - the one that supposedly is evil but no one sees it.
Offline
Geez I'm listening to yesterday's Kelly Ripa talk and it is so infuriating I just had to turn it off. Everything she said was a joke!! I can't eeeeeeven get into it all.
Offline
Turned it off 5 minutes in this morning. Couldn't with the bullying talk, they weren't even making sense and sounded like a couple of mean girls.
Offline
I think it is irresponsible for Taylor to give her opinion, based on her ophthalmologist father, about taking medications daily. If people need a medication to function and get through daily stressors, then who is she to judge? There's enough stigma regarding mental health. This is Dr. Wider's segment. She's the physician. Let's leave the dosage of medications to her.
Offline
This is a pet peeve of mine
Haven't listened today, but based on the above
When people have their Medical degree from Dr. Google. I worked really hard for mine!
and
When people comment on Mental Health that are not really in the situation to do so. If she had diabetes and had to take meds everyday, what is the difference for those who have chemical imbalances and have to take meds everyday.

Also, Jesse is the name of one of her former bfs turned mean girl. I think she met her through the SILs. A lot of the mean girl stories that she's told are about her. She is the friend who didn't get along with Brett. Her last name is Schuster. All her social media is highly sexualized, duck lipped selfies.
Offline
I wouldn't take as fact any of these girls are "mean girls" that's just Taylor's perspective. She pretty much thinks everyone is a mean girl eventually.

I totally hear you, but if I had to judge her based on her social media, she does seem like the worst.
