Re: Smart Strategies for Managing Academic Workload

When I was asked how I manage a large number of tasks and projects at once, I realized that organization and a smart approach are key. The first thing I do is break down large tasks into smaller ones so they don't feel overwhelming. Every morning, I make a priority list: what needs to be done today and what can be put off. This is a huge stress reliever. I also use the Pomodoro technique, alternating 25 minutes of focus with short breaks—my brain rests and works more productively. Tracking my progress is incredibly helpful: seeing tasks accomplished motivates me to keep going.
